# Manage subscription and credits


> Review subscription options and open billing management when it is available.

The **Subscription Plans** page shows the plans and controls currently available to your account. It is the source of truth for current subscription and credit options.

## Prerequisites [#prerequisites]

Open **Settings → Subscription**. **Settings** is a group in the user menu at the bottom of the sidebar.

## Steps [#steps]

1. Review the displayed plan information and usage details.
2. Select an available plan action if you want to change your subscription.
3. Select **Manage Billing** (top right) to open the billing portal. It shows while you have a subscription, a free trial included. To cancel, see [cancel your subscription or delete your account](/help/settings/cancel-and-delete-account).
4. Confirm any changes in the provider flow before returning to CopyHero.

## Expected result [#expected-result]

Your account reflects the subscription change after the billing provider processes it.

## If something goes wrong [#if-something-goes-wrong]

If plans cannot load, refresh and retry. For a billing issue, use the shown billing flow or contact the appropriate account owner; do not send payment details through support messages.
